Given that Shrewsbury Folk Festival is one of the Guardian Music’s recommended Folk and World Music Festivals which features some of the most amazing Folk and World musicians and singers, it was a major HONOUR for Paula that her song was chosen as the Song of Peace in this year of the centenary of WW1 (supposedly but sadly not, the “war to end all wars”).
